I have a Bachelor of Arts and am currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Wellness with RMIT University. My health coach certification is with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York, where I studied from a wide variety of experts.
I have completed numerous short courses including Food as Medicine, Colon Care, Acupressure and Therapeutic Massage. I have worked both independently and alongside other health professionals in the wellness industry for the last 17 years.
I merge my knowledge of health with a natural talent in food preparation to create delicious therapeutic recipes. With diet and lifestyle I have healed numerous acute and chronic conditions in both myself and family.
